I've had the chance of working with Sahaj on an internal project at the Capgemini Group level. I was the acting Product Owner of the application Sahaj was developing.
Sahaj has provided a great level of professionalism during his time on the project, always stepping forward to resolve complex situations and answer business concerns. Communicating with Sahaj has always been very easy as he is straightforward and will not hesitate to share his opinion and bring his expertise to the table. This was very much appreciated. I had the pleasure to work with Sahaj on an internal application at Capgemini for 6 months.
This application aimed to facilitate the internal development of Capgemini’s employees and during our mission, my team had to transfer the project to Sahaj's one.
I was in charge of transferring my backend knowledge of this application (asp.net Core) to him and it went very well. Sahaj and his team were able to take charge of this application, understand its business complexity, and maintain it, so great job here.
I was also pleased by his engagement and his technical expertise on the mission. Always here to help and this is a game-changer during a difficult mission like this one.

Sahaj Kapoor was part of the Mobil Developer Team in a global Digital project implementation in Capgemini Group IT. The project had 2 goals, continue the development of the application started in 2018 and move the responsibility of the Dev team from France to India. The team was composed of members from France, Norway, US, UK and India
We ran an Agile project and all communication were done via Teams or Skype. Follow up was first done in JIRA and later planning to use Agile Dev-ops. Sahaj was the kind of Developer who did his job without problem who took the necessary initiative to have the job done and during meeting brought the right question or answer.
Sahaj has a consultant attitude. He is accessible when requested, if he is not available at once, he will let you know and take contact at the next opportunity. He will listen first to what you have to say and will ask questions free and open if he doesn't understand. If he doesn't agree he will in a proper way state why and if he is not sure he will clearly let you know and revert with his assessment and findings. As per now he has never refused a task or a challenge, even when not clearly defined within his function. Sahajis very enjoyable and empathic. He understands and recognizes counterparts position and authority and adjust as such.
